Guidelines

Catalogue range (excl kitchens)

We carry limited stock in our factory in Nottingham, generally most of our clients prefer us to make their furniture on receipt of their order rather than them purchasing it ready made. Each piece of furniture we make is individually crafted by our craftsmen in our workshops, our standard turn around on our catalogue range is ten working days.

Custom made

If you instruct us to make your special piece of furniture for example:- library, fitted kitchen, fitted bedroom or a one off piece individually crafted for you our standard term around is between two and four weeks. It is usual for our representatives to visit your premises before starting your order to advise you on sizes and designs and to clarify your exact requirements.

Deposit

Once you have confirmed your order to us it is important that we receive a deposit from you as soon as possible so we can start work on your piece.

Delivery

Delivery within the UK Mainland is free (minimum spend applies), a charge is made for Europe and the rest of the world. We deliver directly to Europe but arrange shipping for the rest of the world. Costing for delivery to Europe and the rest of the world is available on request. We will confirm a delivery date with you on receipt of your order, however, this is subject to receiving a deposit from you.
